Join us each morning for breakfast in our light-filled dining room for a delicious, hearty, farm-to-table breakfast. During warmer months, you may choose to dine on our back porch, with its sweeping views of the backyard gardens, pool and the river.
Our breakfasts are served in three seatings at 8:00, 8:45 and 9:30 am. We serve no more than four rooms per seating. You can reserve your breakfast time daily so please make your seating request as soon as possible when you arrive, and daily throughout your stay.
For early birds, coffee is available starting at 7:00 am.
We take advantage of our local Vermont farms to bring you fresh, seasonal ingredients. Offerings begin with gourmet teas and locally roasted coffee served at your private table for two, and you may help yourself to homemade granola and organic yogurt while we prepare our signature entrees of the day, made just for you by your innkeepers. The three course breakfast includes fruit, bread or pastry, a choice of a sweet or savory main dish, and a choice of bacon, sausage or vegan sausage.
