Overview

The Blue Horse Inn is uniquely situated in Woodstock Village. Our sweeping grounds overlook the Ottauquechee River and Mt. Tom, and guests can enjoy our clay tennis court and heated outdoor pool. On a chilly day, relax by the fire in one of our inviting common spaces or challenge your innkeepers to a game of scrabble.

Heated Outdoor Pool

Our heated outdoor pool overlooks the Ottauquechee River and is the perfect place to enjoy a swim, a book, or a drink. The pool is open from 6am to 9pm; please note that there is no life guard on duty.

Outdoor Fire Pit

Spend an evening by our stone fire pit. It’s a great place to roast marshmallows, tell stories, and enjoy a crisp Vermont evening.

Common Areas

Commons areas include a library, sitting and dining rooms, and a spacious back porch overlooking the grounds. All of which are great places to have a glass of wine and/or read a book.
